Provide thought leadership in the areas of strategic planning, organization change management and project management
Lead or enable the delivery of initiatives that produce sustainable results across the organization.
Ensure best Organizational Change Practices, PMBOK and related methodologies are in place
Empower decision-makers across the organization by collecting, consolidating, analyzing and disseminating relevant, accurate and up-to-date information on all initiatives at all stages of development from the initial idea through the final benefit realization assessment.
