Engineering manager

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the vice president your challenge is threefold:
.Complete the move from R&D to Delivery
.Oversite of the delivery projects
.Integrate lessons learned to grow the product line

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

You are an Engineer,  probably Electrical with a PEng. You are a leader, a team player, a pragmatist who can think theoretically and create real world solutions. You are comfortable with change, engineering, science and the fast pace of business.  Whether it is  discussing dsp, building low level drivers, testing or product management , these are all elements to consider as part of the larger delivery to the customer.
