Job DetailsDirector of U.S. Sales
Responsibilities: A key contributor to the growth of this company you will effectively use your leadership skills to coach and mentor your team to achieve sales and profitability objectives. If you are up to the challenge you know how to serve large corporations, lead great sales teams, and build long lasting relationships with your effective selling skills and a great grasp of science or engineering. As an effective team member, you will work within our organization to establish business development objectives, sales & communication programs, sales territories, and business forecasts. You will maintain close liaison with Engineering, Finance and the President and work closely with Project Managers to maintain relationships with customers during project execution Essential Skills and Qualifications: As the successful candidate, you have a degree and an MBA will be an asset. In addition, you have a minimum of seven to ten years of health care sales management, preferably on a global basis, where you consistently met and exceeded business objectives. You are self-motivated, organized and possess excellent time management skills. You are known throughout the industry as an effective leader and have experience in effectively developing and coaching your team. You are proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Frequent travel is required with the location of a home-base to be negotiated.
